What do your prints look like?
Prints are printed on quality 230gsm, lustre photo paper. Please note that some colours may appear different due to the resolution/settings of your screen and some non-invasive cropping may occur.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
How long will it take to ship my order?
It takes 3-8 business days to process and post orders Please double check your address before purchasing! I will email incase of incorrect addresses but this may delay your order.
How about delivery times?
Once shipped most Australian metro orders take anywhere from 5-10 business day to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 3 weeks. If you are purchasing for a time sensitive event e.g. birthday, graduation, please leave enough time for delivery. Please commit to delivery times before ordering!
How is COVID-19 affecting delivery times?
Due to COVID-19 there are delays affecting my deliveries. Please note the excerpt from Australia Post: "There are flight disruptions and cancellations impacting all inbound and outbound items to USA. We expect delays to USA of up to 2 -3 weeks due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19."
Is there tracking?
All print orders include tracking! This will be sent with your shipping notification and you can use the number at auspost.com.au/track to track it. Please check your spam/junk folders for shipping notifications if it has been more than 8 business days without an update before emailing. Smaller orders eg. stickers, will be sent in standard untracked envelopes.
Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. In case of damage please email me!

Do you do any larger sizes?
