Prints

What paper are your art prints made on?
gldeng6rl art prints are produced on museum-quality 170gsm semi-glossy paper, chosen for its smooth finish, rich detail, and long-lasting colour.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Some light cropping may occur depending on the print size selected.

Are frames included?
Frames are not included unless the product option clearly says framed. Please check the selected product option before checkout, as some works may be available as prints, canvas prints, or framed prints.

What do canvas prints look like?
Canvas prints have a textured finish and are stretched, ready to hang. They are a good option if you want the artwork to feel more like a finished wall piece.

What size should I choose?
The best size depends on your space, framing plans, and how much visual impact you want the piece to have. Smaller sizes work beautifully for shelves, desks, and gallery walls, while larger sizes create more of a statement piece.

How should I care for my print?
Handle your print with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface where possible. For best longevity, frame your print behind glass and keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high-humidity areas.

Shipping

How long does it take to ship an order?
Orders usually take 3-8 business days to process and post.

Please double check your shipping address before purchasing. If an address appears incorrect, I will email you, but this may delay your order.

How are prints packaged?
Prints are packaged carefully to protect them during transit. Packaging may vary depending on the size and format of the print.

How long does delivery take?
International delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks after dispatch, depending on your location and the postal service.

If you are ordering for a birthday, graduation, or another time-sensitive event, please allow extra time before placing your order.

Do art print orders include tracking?
Yes. All print orders include tracking, which will be sent with your shipping confirmation email.

If it has been more than 8 business days without an update, please check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email me as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect shipping address. If the order has not been processed yet, I’ll do my best to update it before dispatch.

If the order has already shipped, I may not be able to change the address or redirect the parcel.

What if my parcel is lost or marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your parcel, please check around your property, with household members, neighbours, and your local postal carrier first.

If it still cannot be located, contact me with your order number and tracking details so I can help look into it.

All sales are final, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please email me with your order details and clear photos of the damage so I can help.
